Saint Vox

This is a VERY important announcement, probably the most important announcement I have made in a long time. Saint Vox's debut album comes out tomorrow! Now, since you won't have a clue who they are (obviously, because it's a debut album.) lemme fill you in... for a taste of their debut single "Don't Leave Me This Way" (I sware I already posted this...), click here for the love of God and watch it, because anyone who appreciates any of the music I do, will literally love it.

I get sick of explaining this all the time, so I'll just write this here for once and for all and use this as reference to explain Jade and her project(s). Firstly, Jade began her career (well, I started caring about her as of) when she became the front woman of "sweetbox" in like 2000, or 2001. She stayed in this until 2007 I'm pretty sure, and then announced she was leaving to pursue her own solo project. Basically, she just changed her name to "Jade Valerie" (God I'm nice linking things for you to look at, and hopefully one day obsess over... so I'm not the only one), and she still uses this name today. She released two albums with this name, but the music of Jade Valerie was quite different to her sweetbox days, when Classical Sampling was a heavy influencing her music. So Jade and her long-time producer released an album under the name of a new project 'ETERNITY∞', where every single track had a classical sampling in the background. This album was a lot closer to the music of her sweetbox days, which is what she gained most stardom for. (Was very big in Korea and Japan at the time, regardless of being English music!) Oh yeah, sweetbox has a new singer now, Jamie Pineda, she is great and I love her new music too. More of a R&B feel these days, it's quite cool. Very Beyonce/Rianna type music.

What was I rambling on about? Oh yeah... so Jade teamed up with a famous Japanese classical violinist Emiri Mayamoto and released an album with a semi-classical theme to it, with another project... and that is Saint Vox. I've loved everything Jade's done, so I'm sure Saint Vox's first album will be no different! I've resisted listening too all the previews (except for the first single, obviously. Which once again, you can see here.) so go listen and love. Very epic video in my humble opinion.
