Don't Mess With Texas-- DO Invest Here Though

Watch, and note who is rated the best state financially, "by a mile."

Now, Barak Obama, sir, let me talk to you-- don't mess with us. If you try to use Texas to bail out the USA, we are gone, sir. We don't need you. Sit down in the Oval Office, and have a chat with America like Franklin Roosevelt. Tell them they need to get their act together at the state level themselves. The states that think they are entitled will hate you, and the ones that are fiscally sound will love you. Try it, it worked for FDR.

On the other hand, to you regular readers, if you have money to invest, buy a used double wide in Texas (in good shape), place it on an acre of land about five miles outside the suburbs within driving distance of jobs, and rent it. You will make a killing in the short haul. Once the financial crisis is over in the USA, you can move to the home and start to have a real life in Texas.

I have a building contractor friend who will arrange it all for you in a very safe turn key manner. You have to pick the Austin area as your center with him.
