Cascabel- Little Bells
This is not the best group I have heard, but I like it that they are on a back street somewhere with ordinary people. And, they included a US flag. These Hispanics in the USA who burn the US flag in rage are not Americans-- they are freaks-- beige trash.
They have to have a fire extinguisher nearby when those violins solo !!
Mariachi music is one of the most international musics and growing fast, everywhere but in the USA. It is very much the personal property of the US Southwest because the rest of the country has no taste for music with fire, and nothing for the groin.
If they can come legally to the USA, I am all for more of Mexico in our culture. We have quite enough of the demonic rubbish invented by pagan Anglo Saxons who have abandoned their Reformation roots.
Now, Hecho en Tejas-- Made in Texas..........
This is Mariachi with a vocal and an accordion added. This combo, Tex-Mex is absolutely private property of Texas.
Be-lingual.
Fire with a kind of loose jointed Texas gait. Enjoy:
If you're going to play in Texas, you gotta have a fiddle in the band.
Well, in San Antonio, you will get an even better response if you add the accordion. In fact, some Tex-Mex boys get away with throwing the fiddle out:
You will notice something about Tex-Mex and Mariachi music-- The musicians do not look like they got their clothes from a garbage dump. The trashy look is not acceptable except for the two guys hanging on the back end on the Waste Management truck !!
Lots of people are coming to Texas because this state is rated top in every category right now. Did you know Texas has the lowest bureaucrat to citizen ratio in the USA? Did you know that Texas Bar-B-Que does not need sauce-- only smoke-- to be the best in the country? Are you aware that getting on welfare is VERY hard to do until you have lived here for a good long time?
Did you know that our law enforcement costs are VERY low because every law abiding person in Texas is encouraged to get a gun and defend himself? Governor Perry has gone on record saying that Texans have the right NOT TO flee from attackers. Messrs Smith and Wesson enforce that right in Texas.
You see, Texas is very friendly to people who take responsibility for their own lives instead of waiting on some nanny to wipe their nose for them.
Don't bother to come down here if you think Texas is just another copy of the depraved culture of the rest of the USA--
Texas is an ATTITUDE STATE-- if you don't like it, DEAL WITH IT. If you don't have an attitude of some sort, get one, or keep moving please.
If you leave Vermont or Wisconsin, do what Davey Crockett did when he left Maryville, Tennessee to move to Texas-- Write "GTT" * on your front door in Vermont, and don't bring Vermont with you (except for your white cheddar cheese :-).
If you hate Mexicans, stay out of Texas. Tejanos helped fight for this state, and they were Mexicans before they were Tejanos. Sam Houston would not have whipped Santa Ana without the Tejanos.
If you are Mexican (Hithpanic) and you hate Gringos, stay in your filthy California ghetto. Scotch Irish Gringos brought the battle to Texas in the first place. It took a combination of Gringo brains and Tejano fire to rip this land off of the north end of Mexico. It is going to stay that way, friend. If you have neither brains nor fire, stay away please. We do our own thinking here.
For the record, the first governor of Texas, Sam Houston, had an Indian wife.
The moral is, Texas has NO hate for anyone that is shooting the same direction we are. That is why Obama is learning that Marxists and racists are not welcome here. He is being thrashed, in part, because he tried to mess with Texas.
France, Mexico, and Spain all had to learn the hard way, so I guess Kenya is learning about Texas too :-)
Most people are not aware that the French sent an expedition into east Texas long ago. They marched into the eastern Texas swamps up to their chins, stared into the eyes of a zillion water moccasins and alligators, did an about face, and fled back to New Orleans. I believe the whole invasion and retreat took about a week. No one ever knew they did it until it was written up in French history books hundreds of years later. Friend, even the varmints in Texas have an attitude. It is NOT just a joke-- Don't Mess With Texas.
Then again, Texas has a French hero--
Erasmo Seguin
City: San Antonio
County: Bexar
Marker Location: Corner of Dwyers & East Nueva-south side of courthouse square, San Antonio.
Historic Marker Text: Born in San Antonio; descendant of Frenchman who settled in Mexico before 1714. Always a civic leader, helped found first public school in San Antonio, 1812. Went (1821) with Juan M. Veramendi to escort Austin Colony leaders to Bexar, and ever after befriended Stephen F. Austin and Anglo-American settlers. Seguin was postmaster of San Antonio, 1823-35, and deputy for Texas in National Congrss of Mexico, 1823-24. After Santa Anna came to power as liberal (1831), then made himself dictator, Seguin joined neighbors in sending him "San Antonio Remonstrances" (protests) in 1832, and called an opposition convention in 1834. Expelled from the postmastership by Santa Anna's brother-in-law, Gen. Cos, and made to flee from San Antonio on foot, he walked 33 miles to his ranch, Casa Blanca, where he recruited men to help patriots win siege of Bexar (Dec. 1835) and expel Gen. Cos. Early in 1836 he sent spies to the Nueces to watch for Santa Anna. He lodged David Crockett in his home, and provisioned the Alamo before the final siege. Persecuted by newcomers to Texas, he refused to go to Mexico with his son Juan, but with his wife Josefa Becerra retired to Casa Blanca (located in present Wilson County), where he died and was buried in 1857.
That Frenchman would not leave Texas for any reason.
The point is this-- once you arrive in Texas, you are nothing but a Texan. Check your excess baggage at the border please, and keep your "Judge" loaded at all times. Then, GET TO WORK, and add value...... Or, go back to Taxachusetts, Californication, Wimpconsin or Washington BO.
* "GTT"- Gone To Texas
