As shown in the figure below, bend both knees and just sit like how the Japanese people sit down in this posture in some instances. The ankle, while sitting down should be outstretched.
It is one of such exercise where one could be sitting in this pose while watching TV or reading a book.
It is good to sit 20sec to 1min in this pose.
