This pathetic man, whose worldwide radio network carries many useful things and good music, has done it again. He predicted the Rapture of the Lord's Church a number of years ago, and when it did not happen, he plowed ahead, losing some of his staff who were disgusted with him, and we thought he had learned his lesson.
Not so, HERE IS CAMPING'S SECOND ATTEMPT at predicting the Rapture, or whatever he calls the end event. What a pathetic way to come to the end of one's life. One verse tells us all we need to know about setting the dates of future events:
Mark 13:32 (KJV) But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
If Christ himself does not know the day or hour he will be permitted to take his Bride the Church to himself, how dare Harold Camping claim HE knows? This borders on a violation of the damning threat at the very end of the Bible as to adding knowledge not permitted to be known:
Revelation 22:18 (KJV) For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
I wonder if Harold Camping has counted the cost? He may well go to hell for this guruistic game he is playing with a sovereign God.
