Giuliana Rancic is, as usual, stunning but her dress is rather drab. I guess she needs to look fairly simple as to not upstage the stars while she hosts the red carpet with Ryan Seacrest. Although she is a good host for E!, I must say it's annoying how she and Ryan are so buddy-buddy with all of the stars. Celebrities need to be made fun of, I mean they get these amazing lives and get to look stunningly beautiful/handsome all the time, so being made fun of on live international television is the very least Ryan and Giuliana could do.
