It's All Over

It is now clear that the national debt is being driven by the cashing of matured Treasury paper. The game played over many years, that is, expanding the money supply by selling Treasury paper, is now coming home to destroy us.

The last $800 billion in printed money that the Federal Reserve approved was covered by the Fed itself. This has never happened before. What does it mean? Answer: No one in the world wants our Treasury paper, and the Fed is faking it by claiming to buy it. By the way, the $800 billion is already gone except for a couple of bucks-- 80% of it was paid out for maturing Treasury notes. 

Are you getting it yet? They print money, and only 20% is left to run the USA.

What should we expect next?

Answer: Congress will soon figure out that there is NO way to cut enough from the budget to prevent the collapse of our economy. They will then cut viciously, and they will have to cut entitled people. They will send scrip or vouchers to people on Social Security, Medicare, and the non-working entitled.

Now, what will happen next?

Answer: The Social Security and Medicare recipients will mostly dig in and try to survive. Many of them have job skills, and they will go back into the market place and try to sell themselves. But, the non-working entitled have never worked, and their father and grandfather never worked. They have neither the job skills to sell, not the mindset to sell them if they had them.

They will riot. They believe that America owes them a living. They have been told this by Liberal Democrats and civil rights leaders for about 100 years. It is gospel on the South Side of Chicago and in all big US cities. 

And, we are not only talking about Black entitled-- do you remember the reaction of the nice White school teachers in Wisconsin when they were told they would have to settle for a mere $100,000 a year for a while. They were White mostly, and they were allegedly educated. In fact, it may be nicer to deal with the Black folks downtown than the White folks in the suburbs when the fat is in the fire.

At this point, the Federal Government, probably by Executive Order, or by legislation, will send the states an "economic mandate." The states will be told they are FORCED to pick up the tab for all entitled people. The states will balk, the non-working entitled will riot, and the Feds will tell the nation that the states are rebels and refuse to help the needy.

States who complain will be reminded that they have recently balked at Obamacare, so, "This is your chance to do it your own way."

Voile, the Feds are off the hook for a while. The entitled rioters will go pile on the state capital thinking they have found the culprit.

The next act will be to watch what each state does about the mess. Some will break the bank and try to pay all entitled people, which will bankrupt them. Others will send in the National Guard and both feed and massacre the rioters. Still other states will walk, right-- secede.

What will the Feds do. 

Answer: Nothing. They will tell the world that states that have seceded have sabotaged the US financial position, and the Feds will softly explain to the world that they are busted, "For now......"

The bankers will be home free with the massive cache of value they have raped off of the US economy for the past 50 years. They will transfer their wealth to other nations and investments outside the USA, and later they will personally follow their cash.

Meanwhile, Ron Paul will complain, and Obama will read faster from the teleprompter, but the US Government will basically be trashed.

Am I a victim of a raging run away imagination? Yes? Well, is it just my imagination that Mabutu, Ghadaffi, Amin, Mugabe, Saddam Hussein, Sukarno, Marcos, most of Mexico's presidents, and a thousand other world leaders, did  this very thing. You see, it works, and it is being done to us NOW. We would be very gullible fools to believe that big bankers in the USA have higher ethics than Third World banking thugs and pols. History proves that they are criminals in wing tips. Only a fool is fooled by a fool.

What am I doing? 

Answer: I have put an ad in the local paper to go back to tuning pianos, and I am thinking about applying to be a door greeter at Wal-Mart. If you are entitled, you better be thinking NOW about your plan, that is, if rioting in the street seems a bit awkward to you.

You live in a high classed banana republic. There is no return. $14 trillion is way beyond being paid off EVER. The interest will accumulate much faster than any sort of austerity will offset. That is what the above article tells you.

That means collapse. The only question is when, not if. I am sorry to tell you such ugly news, but history bears me out. You simply CANNOT print money forever and not go bust. Many nations have successfully destroyed themselves, and our politicians in Washington are doing it to the USA in high gear.

Final thought 1: This whole event will solve our illegal alien situation. The Mexicans will flee the USA to go home to the limited stability of Mexico. And, the day may be very near when American Gringos will be swimming the Rio Grande to find work in Chihuahua. So, you may be able to get a job picking lettuce in the San Juachin Valley in California after all.

Final thought 2: If you are an entitled American who has job skills, you better get something lined up very fast. The Feds may well know exactly what is coming, and they will round up and incarcerate all non-working entitled to make sure they don't cause trouble. That sure seems like a poor option. If you are producing income and paying taxes, they will very likely leave you alone. I know, you are one of the alleged enemy, right? Well, if the Feds lock up thousands of working people, who will fund the next act in Washington? Count on it Bunkie-- they NEED you :-) Stay free-- give yourself added value now.

Final thought 3: FDR allegedly rescued America from the Great Depression. But, are you aware that FDR was also setting in motion the very thing that is now destroying us? If the Feds come to rescue you, send them packing. Find your own way between you and God.
