Another young child tried to mess with Williamson County, Texas.
He was a former resident of Florida, and he had served time in Florida and Ohio on burglary and drug charges.
Well, Mr. Frye decided to get his nose full and go racing on Kileen's streets in his 944 Porsche. Local police tried to pull him over, but he got away from Kileen, and he made a big mistake. He headed south. When you are tanked up and driving, and if you are trying to outrun the cops in Texas, do NOT try to drive through Williamson County my friend. Go to El Paso, and cross over into Mexico, and don't come home for 100 years.
Frye ended up coming through our home town, Liberty Hill, and on to Cedar Park. Our County Sheriff and State Police took up pursuit at speeds up to 140 MPH. We have a law in Williamson County that our law men, once in pursuit, can go all the way to the state border without stopping when in hot pursuit.
The Williamson County Sheriff, and our own Liberty Hill cops, have a small item they add to your offense list when you are drunk and try to run away from them in a car-- they designate your car as a deadly weapon, even if you don't hurt anyone. That seems reasonable enough, right? At 140 MPH I would sort of feel like the boy was pointing something at other than a banana.
My Frye learned that our county has the hardware to keep up with a Porsche, and they arrested him after his tires were spiked. Our very fair minded judge put him away for 25 years with no parole until 2022. By then, we would hope, Mr. Frye may develop a better perspective on how to use Texas.
By the way, Mr. Frye plead guilty. Can you imagine what he would have gotten if he fought the case and lost?
Listen to Alex Jones, Travis County resident, whine because he played games with Williamson County and got the bum's rush by the lowly Constable. This clip is a pack of lies. He is trashing possibly the most crime free county in the whole Southwest.
The fact is, Travis County recently was complaining to themselves that they have a much worse enforcement record than Williamson County. We have almost NO breaking and entering, rape, or violent crime. Austin drunks drive AROUND Williamson County, even when they are sober. The ones the Sheriff misses, we get with "The Judge" from Taurus. It is called "Castle Domain."
Alex, baby, stay in Austin with the bean sprout eaters and Liberals. You, America's self-proclaimed rightist hero, are safer with Liberals in Texas. As to a money scheme, Alex baby, you are right. Why charge local tax payers high taxes when out of county travelers come through way over the speed limit? We like it like that. Ten over is very risky my friend.
By the way, just west of us is Burnet County. They start them out young there. Also, drive around Burnet County too if you have a nose full. The farther west you go in Texas, the more mean the judges get.
You know, outside of Austin and Dallas, my friend, you want to be real conservative with your behavior. Pretty much all of Texas has an attitude really.
To understand this, you need to know that Texas was founded by Scotch-Irish Presbyterians. They believe in predestination. So, if you are driving with a Budweiser in your hand, that is a pretty good indication that you were predestined to spend big time in somebody's jail. It might as well be NOW, and it might as well be in Texas.
It is sort of a service we render to those states that are Arminian and overrun with criminals. We do not allow free will to get out of hand here.
Don't mess with Texas folks.
