Here is what is happening before your eyes:


Daniel 2:40 (KJV) And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.
41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.
42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.

Daniel interpreted the dream of King Belteshazzar to him, and the dream was about a great image representing all the great world kingdoms. The last kingdom would be a restored Roman Empire. The legs were Rome of the past, which were iron, and the toes of the world's last human regime would be a mixture of iron and clay.

Since 1946, when Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxembourg formed the Benelux embryo, the child has grown unto adulthood and is now called the European Union. It also now occupies all the territory of the former Roman Empire, except Palestine.

Most Americans have no interest in the EU, but it is clear from Bible prophecy that the EU will be a major end game player in world events. The USA will be nothing but a banana republic by then.

So, we see the clay factor in the very weak loyalty and "union" that exists between the members of the EU. This will never change. They must stay together to rise above all powers in the world, but they will never quite get along with one another.

Thus, the French President slaps the Italians, and the rest of the EU screams "off sides."

So, what is next in Bible prophecy?

Answer: The fall of the Empire of US bankers and business tycoons in the world. 

The final prophetic drama given in the Bible does NOT allow for the USA to be in the middle of the performance. I personally believe God has allowed our recent Presidents and Congress to trash America, and, regardless of who is in power in 2011 and 2013, this process will continue. Our economy will collapse, slowly or suddenly, and our war making power will vaporize as we go bankrupt.

The EU secretly longs for the final collapse of the USA. Once the dollar is left behind, and that is happening NOW, there will be no further use for the USA to the world's nations. We will be a market place for them to sell their widgets, but nothing more.

Is this a morbid perspective?

Answer: Not at all. It tells us that our Lord's return is very close, and THAT is our "blessed hope." Restoring the Constitution is a joke. It is a mongrel man made and very defective document.

So, where is YOUR hope? In the Tea Party, Obama, Ron Paul? If you are hoping in anyone else by The Lord, you are a fool.
