Not exactly sure why, but I guess my school's having a teachers only day and than another day off, not really sure and I don't really care - four day weekend's good to me! So today I was intending on having lunch with my friend Brandon, along with Nick, but this morning he let me know he was quite sick and was missing a lecture for the first time ever, so I guess that means he really was quite sick.
So Nick and I decided to do something still, so we went to lunch at my favourite restaurant in the world, a That place called "Chokdee". DELICIOUS. We invited Oscar, Rob, Ash and Nat but the last two were whores and didn't come. "Whatever." Natalie would say in her overly dramatised nasal valley-girl voice, well, in my imaginative perception anyway. So that was good and afterwards we went to Morrison Street café which was awful. So not going there again, unless somebody else is paying, in which case I'm keen. Nelson (my city) is cursed with terrible cafés! I'll never understand why drinks are so exorbitantly expensive. $3 for a decent sized coffee is fair for me, fuck just make it an instant coffee, I really don't care - just make it big and make it quickly. Sick of overpriced, tiny drinks that are 50% foam and chocolate sprinkles. So annoying.
A girl, Lea, who was an exchange student from Germany has been on holiday here for the last few weeks and it's her last few days so we had a little goodbye dinner at another restaurant, "Poppy Thai" (which is NOT as good as "Chokdee" at all), which was shockingly small because everyone's gone away for the long weekend, but we manage to get six of us (four came later but didn't order anything, three just back from netball tournament and the other, Natalie, had just finished work) together and we had a nice wee meal and chat & it was quite good.
So yeah, not the most interesting of blogs but the point of having a blog is to blog, and there's nothing special on my mind. Off to watch "Chelsea Lately", bye!

So much for giving up blogging...
I was trying to give up this blog, but for some reason I can't. Might as well get a whole year of events blogged down; it'll be something to look back on, I'd die if the website hosting this (ie. blogger.com) closed down, would loose this dumb writing. Should print it all out, not saying there's anything especially great about it but there's so much effing writing it'd be interesting to see how much it was compiled.
Anyway, today was a bit boring; work was busy as hell once again on Monday. The last day of the sale, and boy did the customers come in hungry for sales! Good though, for work anyway. Not for me, but I guess I did get paid +50% extra (time and a half) for working when it's a holiday, or for whatever reason I got paid that much. Was weird working a Monday though after only doing Saturday's. At least I was only on til 5pm, 6pm would have been an hour way too long. I was over it! Saw Charlotte, but didn't talk to her though, also saw Nick Pittar. He came to my checkout with his Mum so talked to her, she's a dentist though, or dental assistant or something. Hope she didn't see my yellow plaque-rideen teeth teeth, she would have cried!
I don't have a lot else to report, my current planned plans for the rest of the week are:
Wednesday: Richmond to Nelson walk with Nick.
Thursday: Walk up the Grampians with Oscar. (will take like, an hour; but whatever - my "day")
Friday: Go to town with Ashleigh, Natalie and Brandon (provided he's well, as he's been sick lately. Get better!) and shop a lot and see a movie.
That's all that's planned, but hopefully will see Dani on Saturday. Wait, I work Saturday. Fuck, Sunday then! Ugh, like a week away. So depressing, need to see her! Need. She got her job back for the holidays at Bin Inn, I think that's so funny cause she used to work there but then quit... And now has the job back. xD Whatever, not that funny really but it's just... ironic. Well not really, not that I'm remembering the circumstances... I should just shut up.
Well everything else in my life's boring, and this is my "holiday". Hoe hum.
Will just have to wait and see what else happens, if anything.
