Ayumi Hamasaki is an obvious contender for my 'Celebrity of the Week' for the obvious reason being that I love her! She's an amazing J-Pop artist and is recognised worldwide as one of the top and most successful pop acts to have ever been! In Japan she is likely THE most famous and popular musicians and her voice & looks have got her FAR! She does look extremely beautiful because she is but she is also an amazing singer!
She's done lots of cool things in her career which only began in 1999, so far she has released a new studio album every year since than so she has 11 to date, her latest being "Rock 'n' Roll Circus" which is a tremendous album, amazing! She has sold over 50 million albums which is amazing.
Another cool fact about her is that her song 'Jewel', from the 2006 album "Secret", which is one of the most expensive music videos of all time from any artist.
Love her, she's definitely someone that's going to be around for a while as a result of her legions of fans!
