Even though I hate Brooke Hogan's entire family, I always liked her for some reason. Her music hasn't been amazing, but it hasn't sucked and actually bought her song "By Heart" off iTunes which I'm listening to now, hence why I decided to write this blog post for her!
I quite liked Brooke's MTV show "Brooke Knows Best", a spin-off of the show that got her famous, "Hogan Knows Best" which was centralised around Brooke's father, wrestler Hulk Hogan. It was a trashy and guilty pleasure, but showed how she had grown as a woman since the beginning of her fathers show. It was quite funny & some bits were pretty hilarious.
Also, I saw her do an episode on Tyra Banks' talk show which I thought she handled very well as she was discussing the ordeal with her parents divorce and how her mother was dating a toyboy who was actually younger than Brooke, so that would understandably cause some serious dramas.
Last but not lost, way back when on Bebo, I actually had the chance to communicate with her a little because I used to run a 'Girls of the Playboy Mansion' fanpage (you can view it here) which got about 10,000 followers (I was featured in the 'Nelson Mail' talking about it once). Brooke saw it and than contacted me if I would help her run her own fanpage, so I was added as a moderator and designed an (admittedly looking back, bad) layout but she used it which was sweet - but than one day she quit bebo which was upsetting so that page no longer exists.
